Abstract
A new flavonoid, feddeinoid A was isolated from the leaves and stems of Daphne feddei. Its structure was determined by means of HRESIMS, extensive 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic studies and chemical evidence. Feddeinoid A was also tested for their anti-HIV-1 activities. The results showed that feddeinoid A has modest anti-HIV-1 activities.
