Synthesis and Antifungal Activities of Some Novel 1,2,4-Triazole Derivatives

Abstract
To find new 1,2,4-triazole derivatives which may possess significant biological activities, we synthesized a series of Schiff bases bearing 1,2,4-triazole ring derivatives. Their structures were confirmed by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR. The biological activity tests showed that some of the target compounds showed certain fungicidal activities against against Gibberella zeae, Phytophthora infestans, Botrytis cinerea at dosages of 50 μg/mL.
