Abstract
The volumetric and transport properties of ternary mixtures containing methyl benzoate + cyclohexane + hexanol have been investigated from the ultrasonic velocity (U), density (r), viscosity (h) measurements at 303, 308 and 313 K. From the experimental data, adiabatic compressibility (b), free length (LF), free volume (VF)), internal pressure (pi), have been calculated. In addition to that the excess values of above parameters are also evaluated. The excess properties have been used to discuss the presence of significant interactions between the component molecules in the ternary mixtures.
