Abstract
New information, data and findings of mechanism of steroid hormones, as well as the influence of specific structure on hormones activity, give excellant possibilities for designing new potentially biologically active androgen agonists and antagonists. The goal of the research shown in the work is synthesis of new androstan derivatives as potentially biologically active antiandrogen substances. Present study is particularly focused on synthesis of new androstan derivatives with a heteroatom obtained by multiphase synthesis from the initial dehydroepiandrosteron. The work describes and shows methods and processes of obtaining known and newly synthesized compounds, the structures of which were tested with spectroscopic data. Also, the assignment of spectroscopic data is given in the work (IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectrum), characterizes the synthetized compounds.
