Studies on Heterocylic Nitrogen Compounds: Synthesis of Isolated Pyrazolines, Isoxazolines and Pyrimidines Derivatives

Abstract

Isolated pyrazoline, isoxazoline, pyrimidine and pyrimidine thione derivatives were synthesised through cycloaddition reaction on a newly synthesised α, β–unsaturated ketonic centre. The synthetic derivatives posses high activity against different species of bacteria and fungi.
