Abstract
The methanolic extract obtained from the leaves of Bauhinia variegata
has been tested for their antimicrobial activity against Bacillus anthracis,
Proteus vulgaris, Escherichia coli and Streptococcus agalacties and antifungal
activity against various fungi, Aspergillus fumigatus and Aspergillus
niger.
