Abstract
Physico-chemical characteristics of Manakudy estuary and their
seasonal pattern and periodicities were studied from November
1993 to April 1994. The parameters studied were pH, temperature,
bicarbonate and carbonate alkalinity, nitrate-nitrogen, nitritenitrogen,
phosphate and total phosphorus.
