Abstract
The interaction between Cu(ll) and o-aminobenzene sui phonic acid has shown 1 : 1 and 1 : 2 complex formation. The complex formation has been investigated potentiometrically in different percentage of ethanol-water and acetone-water mixtures at (27 ± 0.1oC). The method of Bjerrum and Calvin, as modified by Irving and Rossotti, has been used in the the present work. It showed that proton-ligand and metal-ligand stability constants increased with increasing the percentage of ethanol-water and acetone-water mixtures.
