Abstract
A new Reverse Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatographic method has been developed for the estimation of nimesulide in its dosage formulations in linear dynamic range of 0.04-50 μg/mL at a wavelength of 230 nm by using acetonitrile:water in the ratio of 50 : 50 as mobile phase. Sulfanilamide was used as an internal standard. This method is simple, sensitive and reproducible.
