Abstract
An anthraquinone and a long chain alkane have been isolated
from the n-hexane extract of the dried roots of Arnebia nobilis
whereas 4-hydroxybenzoic acid and an isoquinoJine alkaloid have
been isolated from methanol and acidic methanol respectively.
