Abstract
Silica gel was found to catalyze stereoselective conversion of dialkyl 2-(imido-N-yl)-3-(triphenylphosphoranylidene)butanedioates to electron-poor (Z)-N-vinylimides in solventfree conditions under microwave irradiation.
