Abstract

The complexes of Mn(II) and Cu(II) with 2-thiophene hydroxamic acid have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, magnetic susceptibility measurements, IR and electronic spectral data. An octahedral geometry has been assigned to all the isolated complexes.
