Abstract
An efficint and mild methodology for oxidation of alcohols is described, using tripropylammonium fluorochromate (C3H7)3NH[CrO3F], under microwave irradiation. The easy procedure, simple wake-up, short reaction time and excellent yields are another advantages of this reagent.
