Abstract
Copper(II) complex of tetrathioazoic acid (S4N3H) was prepared by refluxing the equimolar mixture of S4N3H and copper carbonate in DMF. The spectrometric data expound that the complex, assigned as [(S4N3H)2·CuCO3]6.76 is quadridentated polymerized complex having Cu2+ bridged geometry.
