Abstract
A series of complexes of the type [LH2][MCl4L'2], where L=propylene diamine, M=Co(II), Ni(II) or Cu(II), L' = pyridine (Py), g-picoline (g-pic), quinoline (Qn), pyridine-N-Oxide (Py-NO) and g-picoline-N-oxide (g-pic-NC) have been prepared and characterized on the basis of element analyses, molecular weight measurement, molar conductance, room temperature magnetic moment, infrared and electronic spectral data.
