Abstract
A simple, green and efficient solvent free procedure for the synthesis of 4,4'-epoxydicoumarins from 4-hydroxycoumarin and aldehydes in the presence of catalytic amount of cyanuric chloride at 120 ºC is described. Using this method, 4,4'-epoxydicoumarins were produced in high yields.
