Abstract

As the isosteric or bio-isosteric analogues of the corresponding a-amino acids, a- aminophosphonic acids have diversed and interested in biological and biochemical properties. This article reviews the recent studies on the progress in synthesis of a-aminophosphonates, which were reviewed with 81 references.
